What you'll do
- Acquire and retain clients through in-person engagement, lead follow-up, and outreach; discover client goals and recommend suitable products, services, or referrals.
- Provide ongoing client guidance, address concerns, and support everyday banking and financial wellness, including accepting or referring mortgage inquiries.
- Complete banking activities accurately, maintain documentation, and follow applicable risk, AML, and regulatory requirements.
