Build and deepen client relationships at a bank branch by providing consultative guidance, personalized banking solutions, and mortgage referrals while meeting risk and regulatory standards.
What you'll do
- Acquire and retain clients through walk-in engagement, lead management, and outreach; discover client needs and recommend relevant solutions.
- Educate clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities, resolve concerns, and provide ongoing relationship support.
- Handle mortgage inquiries and referrals while maintaining accurate documentation and complying with risk, AML, and regulatory requirements.
