About the job
Build and deepen client relationships at a bank location by understanding financial goals, recommending suitable banking solutions, and following risk and regulatory requirements.
What you'll do
- Engage clients through walk-ins, leads, and outreach; discover their needs and explain relevant options.
- Provide personalized guidance on banking products and digital services, and refer clients for mortgage solutions when appropriate.
- Resolve or escalate client concerns while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with policies and regulations.
