What you'll do
- Acquire and strengthen client relationships through walk-in engagement, lead follow-up, and outreach; provide personalized guidance and referrals, including for mortgage solutions.
- Resolve client concerns, educate clients on products and digital banking, and ensure accurate follow-up and documentation.
- Follow risk, AML, identity-verification, and regulatory requirements; identify and escalate potential issues.
