About the job
Helps retail banking customers identify financial needs, recommends banking solutions, handles routine transactions, and supports customer relationships and store operations.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, assess needs, and recommend or refer customers to suitable banking products and services.
- Handle customer questions and issues, conduct outreach and loan application intake, and perform teller transactions as needed.
- Follow operational, risk, and regulatory procedures, including required NMLS registration.
