Build and deepen client relationships at a bank location by discovering financial needs, recommending appropriate banking solutions, and providing compliant, personalized guidance.
What you'll do
- Acquire and strengthen client relationships through walk-in engagement, lead management, and outreach.
- Educate clients on relevant products and services, provide personalized solutions, and connect them with appropriate partners, including for mortgage inquiries.
- Resolve client concerns and complete banking activities accurately while meeting risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
