Helps customers with banking transactions and financial needs by providing advice, recommending products, resolving issues, and making referrals.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, assess needs, and recommend suitable banking products or partner referrals.
- Perform or support teller transactions, guide customers to self-service options, and resolve customer concerns.
- Discuss loan products and facilitate application intake while following operational, compliance, and risk procedures.
