Build and deepen client relationships at a bank location by providing personalized banking guidance, solutions, and referrals while meeting risk and regulatory standards.
What you'll do
- Acquire and strengthen client relationships through in-person engagement, lead follow-up, and outreach.
- Discover client needs and explain suitable products, services, and digital banking options, including mortgage referrals.
- Resolve or escalate client concerns and complete banking activities accurately and in compliance with policies and regulations.
