Build and deepen client relationships at a bank location by providing personalized banking guidance, connecting clients with suitable products and services, and following risk and regulatory requirements.
What you'll do
- Engage current and prospective clients through walk-ins, lead follow-up, and outreach; discover their financial goals and needs.
- Explain banking options and guide clients to appropriate products, services, or mortgage partners, with clear follow-up.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with risk, identity-verification, AML, and other regulatory requirements.
