Build and deepen client relationships at a bank location by providing personalized banking guidance, solutions, and referrals while meeting risk and regulatory requirements.
What you'll do
- Acquire and grow client relationships through in-person engagement, lead follow-up, and outreach; identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Educate clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities; handle concerns and refer mortgage inquiries or clients for lending solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation, follow compliance and risk procedures, and complete timely follow-up with clients.
