Build and deepen client relationships at a bank location by identifying financial needs and recommending personalized banking solutions while following risk and regulatory requirements.
What you'll do
- Acquire and strengthen client relationships through walk-in engagement, lead management, and outreach; conduct goals-based discovery.
- Explain relevant products and services, provide personalized guidance, and refer clients for mortgage solutions when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate documentation, follow compliance requirements, and resolve or escalate client concerns.
