Acquires and deepens client relationships by providing personalized banking guidance, recommending relevant solutions, and supporting clients’ financial goals while following risk and regulatory requirements.
What you'll do
- Engage clients through walk-ins, leads, and outreach; conduct goals-based discovery and recommend appropriate products, services, or partners.
- Provide ongoing client guidance, resolve concerns, and support relationship growth, including accepting mortgage inquiries and referring clients for mortgage solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow bank policies, AML requirements, and other regulatory standards.
