Helps retail banking customers identify financial needs, recommends suitable products and services, handles routine transactions, and supports customer relationships and store operations.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, assess needs, and provide banking advice, product recommendations, and referrals.
- Conduct customer outreach and loan application intake; perform teller transactions and resolve customer issues.
- Follow operational, documentation, and regulatory requirements, including fraud mitigation and risk controls.
