Helps customers meet their banking needs through financial guidance, product recommendations, transactions, and referrals while supporting store operations and compliance.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, assess needs, and recommend banking products or refer customers to appropriate partners.
- Handle customer questions and issues, support teller transactions, and explain digital self-service options.
- Support daily store operations and comply with operational, risk, and regulatory requirements.
