Helps customers with banking transactions and financial needs by providing advice, recommending TD products, resolving issues, and facilitating loan applications.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, assess needs, and recommend banking products or refer customers to appropriate partners.
- Perform teller transactions, handle customer concerns, and educate customers about digital and self-service options.
- Discuss loan products and facilitate application intake while following operational and regulatory requirements.
