What you'll do
- Build client relationships through needs-based conversations, personalized product guidance, and proactive outreach.
- Resolve client concerns, identify referral opportunities, and support mortgage inquiries and residential lending referrals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with bank policies, AML requirements, and other regulations.
