Build and deepen client relationships at a bank location by identifying financial needs and providing personalized banking guidance and solutions while meeting risk and regulatory standards.
What you'll do
- Acquire and grow client relationships through walk-ins, lead management, and outreach; conduct goals-based discovery and connect clients with suitable products, services, or partners.
- Educate clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities; handle concerns and provide timely follow-up, including mortgage inquiries and referrals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow operational, risk, AML, and regulatory requirements; identify and escalate potential risks.
