Build and deepen client relationships at a bank location by identifying financial needs, recommending personalized banking solutions, and meeting compliance requirements.
What you'll do
- Acquire and grow client relationships through in-person engagement, lead follow-up, and outbound outreach.
- Discover client needs, explain relevant products and risks, and connect clients with suitable services or partners, including mortgage solutions.
- Resolve client concerns and complete banking activities accurately while following risk, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
