What you'll do
- Engage clients through in-person opportunities, leads, and outreach to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable products or services.
- Resolve client concerns, provide ongoing product and digital banking guidance, and support relationship growth and retention.
- Complete banking activities accurately, follow compliance and risk procedures, and refer clients for mortgage solutions.
