About the job
Leads the day-to-day retail credit loan origination operation, overseeing staff and end-to-end processing, underwriting, and closing performance and compliance.

- Manage and develop staff, including hiring, performance oversight, coaching, and training.
- Oversee loan pipeline, workflow, productivity, quality, policy adherence, and operational metrics across processing, underwriting, and closing.
- Ensure accurate loan delivery and regulatory compliance, and maintain business partnerships.
