Leads end-to-end strategy and management of checking products, balancing customer needs, product performance, risk, and the bank’s financial objectives.
What you'll do
- Develop product strategy, policies, features, and business cases informed by customer research and competitive analysis.
- Manage product performance and financial results, including pricing, forecasting, P&L, acquisition, retention, and customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams, distribution partners, and vendors to deliver product initiatives and manage product-related risks.
