About the job
Provides legal counsel to TD’s Commercial Banking organization on corporate banking products and services, enabling business initiatives while managing legal and regulatory risks.
What you'll do
- Advise on deposits, payments, cards, treasury management, merchant services, digital platforms, and related products, services, partnerships, and sourcing arrangements.
- Support customer contracting and negotiations, product terms, escalated customer and regulatory issues, and review of communications, digital content, and marketing materials.
- Advise business leaders on legal risks and best practices; collaborate with internal teams and supervise external counsel as needed.
