Leads a team of recruitment professionals and develops and executes talent acquisition and diversity strategies, programs, and sourcing initiatives.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop recruitment staff while setting objectives and managing team performance.
- Build recruitment pipelines, manage searches, and partner with business and HR leaders to execute sourcing and diversity strategies.
- Use recruitment metrics and market trends to guide strategy, improve hiring outcomes, and advise leadership.
