What you'll do
- Hire, coach and manage store employees and oversee performance, staffing and development.
- Grow the store portfolio through customer service, referrals, lending and community relationships; manage budget and business targets.
- Oversee daily operations, compliance and risk, serve as the store’s escalation point, and originate and close loan applications.
