Leads a TD Bank store team and portfolio to grow consumer banking business, deliver customer service, manage operations and risk, and meet performance goals.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, hire, and manage store colleagues and performance.
- Develop customer relationships and grow deposits, loans, fees, and referrals while managing store financial targets.
- Oversee store operations, lending activities, customer escalations, and risk and regulatory compliance.
