Leads a bank store’s team and portfolio, driving customer service, lending, business growth, operational performance, and risk management.
What you'll do
- Manage and develop the store team, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and scheduling.
- Grow customer relationships and store results across deposits, loans, fees, and expenses; originate loan applications and conduct loan closings.
- Oversee store operations, customer issue resolution, compliance, and risk management.
