Supervises a bank store’s daily operations and team, ensuring compliance while leading customer service, sales, advice, and relationship-building activities.
What you'll do
- Oversee teller and platform workflows, cash and vault controls, compliance, and operational risk.
- Lead, coach, and schedule colleagues to meet store objectives and deliver customer service and financial advice.
- Handle customer transactions, escalations, complaints, and sales leads, including loan application intake.
