What you'll do
- Leads, coaches, and schedules branch colleagues; oversees teller and platform workflows and customer escalations.
- Manages branch operations including cash and vault controls, transactions, compliance, fraud prevention, and daily administration.
- Supports customer advice and sales through needs-based conversations, lead management, loan application intake, and relationship development.
