Vice President, Business Systems Analyst Specialist

What you'll do

• Gather and translate stakeholder and regulatory needs into system requirements, specifications, and surveillance workflows.
• Partner with technology, data science, and vendors to design, implement, and optimize surveillance analytics and platforms.
• Analyze and validate data and model performance; coordinate testing, governance, and regulatory evidence.

What they ask for

• At least 7 years of relevant experience, including financial-services experience focused on surveillance, compliance technology, market-abuse or conduct-risk monitoring, and/or global markets.
• Strong SQL and data-analysis skills with high-volume structured and unstructured datasets.
• Strong understanding of communications surveillance concepts and investigation workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or undergraduate degree or technical certificate.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or relevant certifications.
• Familiarity with Python, distributed data processing, cloud data platforms, APIs, and search technologies.

Pay

$140,000.00 - $225,000.00 USD (base salary)
