What you'll do
- Manage claims, prevent and resolve denials, and maintain predictable collections and cash flow.
- Track revenue-cycle metrics and insurer coverage practices; provide evidence for appeals and insurance negotiations.
- Partner with data, Product, and Engineering teams to improve reporting and fix upstream billing issues.
