About the job
Supports Technergetics project managers and Scrum Masters while gaining experience in DoD industry project management across the technology project lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain project requirements, plans, estimates, documentation, status reports, and other deliverables.
- Support Scrum and Agile activities, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Track team performance, milestones, schedules, and costs; help assign tasks and resolve or escalate issues.

- Applicants must be Active Duty Military applying through the DoD SkillBridge Program.
- U.S. citizenship is required; applicants must meet and maintain eligibility for at least Secret clearance.
- Some civilian or military experience in most of the listed communication, management, problem-solving, organizational, leadership, and detail-oriented areas.

- Bachelor’s degree in a listed or related field; associate degrees or relevant certificates combined with experience will also be considered.
- Current PM certification and at least one Scrum/Agile certification; experience in large-scale or IT project management, as a Scrum Master or software project lead, or with federal clients is preferred.
