Director, AI Transformation & Enablement

What you'll do

• Build and run AI training, workshops, communities, and adoption programs across the workforce.
• Lead change management and workforce transformation, including role frameworks, job architecture, reskilling, and internal mobility.
• Manage a lean team, build AI agents to improve workflows, and report program impact to senior leadership.

What they ask for

• 10+ years of progressive HR, People Operations, organizational development, or management consulting experience, including 3–5 years managing teams.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation and change management with measurable adoption outcomes; personally facilitating training and workshops.
• Experience designing training curricula and capability programs, and building and using AI agents; active daily use of AI tools.
• Experience in workforce planning, job architecture redesign, and/or organizational design; bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field—or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Consulting background combined with in-house experience at a mid-size, high-growth tech company; experience scaling enterprise learning or AI literacy programs.
• External relationships in the AI transformation and future-of-work community; experience building programs in a resource-constrained tech environment or exposure to automotive, enterprise SaaS, or B2B technology.

$208K – $312K (base salary; currency not stated)
