Provides strategic financial leadership and governance, overseeing finance operations, compliance, audits, tax, treasury, and reporting across domestic and international entities.
What you'll do
- Direct treasury operations, liquidity management, lender reporting, and covenant compliance.
- Lead domestic and international tax compliance, legal-entity governance, and external audits.
- Oversee credit and collections, cash forecasting, balance-sheet analyses, and finance-team development.
