About the job
Ensures customer orders and contracts are processed accurately for revenue recognition under ASC 606, and supports close, reconciliations, and revenue-related requests.
What you'll do
- Review customer contracts, order forms, and SOWs to align sales orders and revenue recognition with company policy and ASC 606.
- Process orders, terminations, and credit memos; validate revenue, deferred revenue, and unbilled balances.
- Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and flux analyses.

- Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, and complex formulas.
- Experience reviewing and entering orders for complex software contracts.
