What you'll do
- Hire, coach, and manage support engineers, managers, and specialists across regions and tiers.
- Establish support processes, metrics, triage, escalations, incident communications, and quality review.
- Use tooling and AI to improve support routing, knowledge, diagnostics, and customer communication.
