Supports Temporal’s developer community by helping customers deploy, scale, troubleshoot, and optimize Temporal in cloud-native environments.
What you'll do
- Debug complex infrastructure and production issues; improve performance and reliability for Temporal users.
- Develop observability solutions and automate infrastructure operations for customers.
- Work with developers and engineering and product teams to address infrastructure challenges and inform platform improvements.
What they ask for
- Reside in the United States Pacific time zone.
- 6+ years of developer experience; fluency in one or more of Python, Java, Golang, or TypeScript preferred.
- Experience deploying and managing medium- to large-scale architectures, such as Kubernetes or Docker.
