Own customers’ technical path from purchase through production, improving readiness, reliability, adoption, and long-term technical health with Temporal.
What you'll do
- Drive production activation, set reliability and operational practices, resolve complex customer issues, and optimize performance and costs.
- Manage KPI-driven technical success plans, coordinating delivery teams and addressing risks, migrations, and architectural debt.
- Review customer technical health and readiness, support adoption of additional workloads, and communicate production outcomes for renewal and growth.
