About the job
Deliver production-ready Temporal implementations and help customers and partners operate reliable workflows and Temporal Server in cloud and self-hosted environments.
What you'll do
- Co-build customer workflows, teach production-safe patterns, and resolve activation blockers.
- Guide production operations, including worker deployment and scaling, upgrades, capacity planning, observability, and reliability standards.
- Create reusable delivery materials, lead workshops, own complex technical issues, and share implementation feedback with product and engineering teams.
