About the job
Sets technical direction and builds Temporal’s distributed replication foundations for reliability, scalability, failover, and workload migration across Temporal OSS and Temporal Cloud.
What you'll do
- Evolve the replication architecture and lead protocol design, implementation, rollout, and operational support.
- Define system guarantees and lead scalability, reliability, production debugging, and incident follow-up efforts.
- Guide technical direction across teams through design reviews, mentoring, and collaboration.

Pay
$169,600 – $278,250 (base salary)
