Leads initiatives to build shared test platforms and tooling that help Engineering validate Temporal under production-like workloads, configurations, and failure conditions before release.
What you'll do
- Build production-like test environments, workload generation and replay capabilities, and repeatable failure-injection tooling.
- Develop system-level test coverage and shared frameworks integrated into continuous or release validation.
- Provide technical leadership through mentoring, design reviews, and cross-team collaboration.
