Leads customer-facing technical engagements for Temporal, advising on platform fit, demonstrating technical value, and driving adoption and expansion with major East-region accounts.
What you'll do
- Assess customer applications and explain the technical benefits and limitations of Temporal’s platform and cloud service.
- Support account plans and production adoption, and advise technical decision-makers on architecture and platform use.
- Create reusable technical assets, reference architectures, playbooks, and demos.
