About the job
Serves as the customer-facing technical leader for major accounts, advising on Temporal’s platform, supporting adoption and expansion, and guiding technical relationships and account opportunities.
What you'll do
- Assess application fit and explain Temporal’s technical benefits and limitations to prospects and customers.
- Support production adoption, position Temporal against alternatives, and partner with Account Executives on account plans.
- Manage technical decision-maker relationships and create reusable technical assets, reference architectures, playbooks, and demos.
