Recruit candidates for Tempus’ Sales and Customer Success teams, managing the hiring process from role definition and sourcing through interviews, offers, and recruiting metrics.
What you'll do
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles, source candidates, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews.
- Communicate with candidates and hiring teams, support offers and negotiations, and maintain candidate records in the ATS.
- Track recruiting metrics and contribute to employer branding and hiring best practices.
