What you'll do
- Develop and validate assays, workflows, reagents, instruments, equipment, and methods for clinical deployment.
- Design and analyze R&D studies; interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and improve processes.
- Lead workflow implementation, documentation, cross-functional collaboration, and training of junior staff.
