Coordinates onboarding, training, and competency evaluation for employees in Pre-Analytics workflows, while supporting quality goals and performing bench work as needed.
What you'll do
- Coordinate onboarding and deliver ongoing training on Pre-Analytics workflows, policies, and procedures; conduct competency evaluations.
- Develop, update, and maintain training resources, plans, and competency records; serve as a procedural resource for employees and stakeholders.
- Support quality and service goals, improvement plans for underperforming employees, and bench work as needed (up to 25% of the time).
