What you'll do
- Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate Clinical Account Executives; oversee recruiting, hiring, training, and retention.
- Develop regional and territory business plans, manage sales activities and results, and oversee Salesforce use for performance and pipeline tracking.
- Build strategic customer relationships, identify key-account opportunities, and coordinate with cross-functional partners.
