Supports client management operations by coordinating client projects, monitoring metrics and sample workflows, resolving issues, and preparing client-facing materials.
What you'll do
- Manage client relationships, project metrics, performance updates, meeting preparation, and documentation.
- Coordinate internal teams to monitor sample flow, flag bottlenecks, and help projects meet budget and timeline.
- Support escalations and contribute to internal initiatives, resources, guidelines, and SOPs.
