Leads a small data engineering and architecture team while owning the enterprise data model and the quality, reliability, and integration of clinical, genomic, NGS laboratory, and radiology data.
What you'll do
- Mentor data engineers and architects; conduct design and code reviews and establish modeling standards.
- Evolve the enterprise data model and integrate data across relational and NoSQL stores, documenting models and interfaces.
- Build data quality and observability practices, including profiling, pipeline quality gates, monitoring, alerts, lineage, and traceability.
