Senior Product Manger, Lens

What you'll do

• Own the platform-layer roadmap and prioritize its backlog, balancing near-term delivery with long-term initiatives.
• Set operational-readiness criteria for general availability with science and design partners; communicate timelines and represent Lens in cross-team collaboration.
• Work with users and cross-functional teams, maintain an enhancement backlog, and use metrics to assess product health and release impact.

What they ask for

• 3+ years of experience building software products in the tech or biotech industry.
• Hands-on product management for SaaS products, or experience building them as an engineer.
• Practical experience using generative AI in your own work, with a specific example and a point of view on its uses and limits.
• Technical fluency with data schemas and permissions models; regular use of SQL or Python, plus experience using SQL, Python, or product analytics tools to guide decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with permissions and access control models, enterprise administration, or data governance.
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure, data platforms, or enterprise software administration.

Pay

$110,000-$160,000 (base salary)
