Leads the design, development, validation, and documentation of molecular assays for IVD and companion diagnostic programs, supporting regulatory submissions.
What you'll do
- Lead assay development and validation projects, including sample selection, laboratory validation, workflows, SOPs, and validation documentation.
- Guide cross-functional teams and ensure assay development meets project milestones, quality requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, manage R&D design documents, and provide technical reports for FDA submissions.
